No world timer is easier to use - the most practical mechanical Dual Time system with a patented instant time zone adjustment.

In 1994, Ulysse Nardin invented the GMT+- with its signature plus and minus pushers to adjust instantly the hour hand to another loval time; and the "home time" window at 9 o'clock which displays the time at home when one is travelling abraod.  The Dual Time pieces can be adjusted to a different local time without taking hte watch off of the wrist!  The hour hand adjusts forward or backward by pressing pusher + or -.  The large date display is synchronized with the hour adjusters.  The self-winding movement is visible through the exhibition case back.
